congratulations if you find yourself here!But what does that actually mean?
It means that these people are not allowed
to buy designs, commissions, ychs, myos or
slots, furthermore they are not allowed to,
use my bases and take part in any raffles.I ask you not to pass anything
to these people, if it should happen,
okay - but if I see that you do it regularly,
I unfortunately have to add your name.
It is also not allowed for them to draw,
edit, redesign or use any of my designs.You can count up to 5 strikes before
getting added to the blocklist.

• Credits must always be given when posting
• You may not claim the drawing as your own
• You are not allowed to sell the drawing itself
you can add the price of paid commissions
on top to the value of your character(s)
• Please do not rush. Sometimes I have other
work to do and have to deal with some kind of
mental illness, besides I always want to achieve
the very best possible result for any customer
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission
if I do not feel comfortable with the person,
the character or the idea for the drawing
• You get wips for any step, for the best result
• I draw only in my artstyle, can be experimental
• Changes pls only during sketch phase, but I can
also adjust or change certain little things afterwards
• I reserve the right, to post your commission as an
example on any of my social medias, unless you ask
me to do not (if you want it removed afterwards, i am
also willing to delete it, please write me somewhere)
• It is not allowed to edit or trace my comms or ychsI AM WILLING TO DRAW:
• Pretty much all species (also cs and os),
most of all I love feminine kemonomimis
• Almost everything in anthro, a little less in feral
• Wings (complicated ones with extra charge 5€)
• Solo, couples, max 4 chars, ocs x canon couples
• Yaoi, yuri, shounen, futanaris, femboys, androgyn
• Young adults, childs, lolitas, shotas, teenagers
• Otherwise anything thats not listed on "i dont"NSFW - NOT SAFE FOR WORK
• Characters who are at least 18 years old
• Gore, candy gore, flower gore, massacre
• Suicide or self-injurious-/ harm behavior
• Murder or psychos and related to them
• Explicit sexual content (hentai) + BDSM
• Drug abusing (420, cocaine, alc, pills..)Fanart
• Fanarts are half of my regular prices
• NSFW only for chars who are at least 18yI AM NOT WILLING TO DRAW:
• Pedophilia, zoophilia, incest content
• Specific fetishes (vore, anything with
feces, vomiting and everything similar)
• More than 4 characters on one picture
• Any form of armor and most weaponsADOPT AND DESIGN RULES
• I reserve the right to take back a design if you
gonna break several rules, agreements & conditions
(pls remember that this has only been once the case,
I only protect myself with this rule, but I always prefer
a conversation to clarify things before I have to act)
• Credits must always and everywhere be given to me
• Designs may not be sold for more than what you spent
(the price is then composed of purchase price, comms
+ half of your commission price for own drawings)
• Won characters may only be given away or traded, unless
you spent money on them (own drawings dont count)
• I would like to stay up to date with my designs,
so if you can, please update me, but it's not a must
• If you upload a design of mine on toyhouse, please
credit me as creator and send a request to "kuritsuka"
• You are allowed to use my designs for own merch, manga,
anime, game and so on (after you paid for commercial use)
• You are allowed to make changes, but in a way that they
can still recognize (this does not apply to cs designs)
• Genders are always allowed to be changed or switched
• CS designs have their very own rules (scroll down)
• You may not copy, steal, trace or claim designs as yours
• If you make a twin to a design, they may only be submitted
together or must show very clear differences in the designSPECIES AND CLAN RULES
• Credit the species and me as creator
• Keep in mind that cs chars cant be simply
changed much or got taken out of the species
• Dont claim the species, lore or designs as yours
• Any rules below also appears to my clans

• Credits must always be given to me everywhere
• Species or clan also have to be credited all the time
• Dont copy, steal, trace or claim anything as yours
• Please inform me when you give away a cs character
• You have to inform others about the cs, when rehoming
• Designs may not be sold for more than what you spent
(purchase price + comms + half of your commission price)
• Won characters may only be given away or traded,
unless you spent money on them (own art, dont count)GUEST DESIGNER
• Many rules refer to the general rules, but
each designer has their own rules, so either ask
the designer or just read their TOS to be sure
• You should find their TOS on any sell postMYO AND SLOT RULES
• Free myos can only be traded or gifted away
• If you bought a myo, you can resell it for same price
• Myo designs may be sold for the myo price, if you have
invested money, then the price can be added on top
• You can sell a cs design if you have bought it or if you
have invested money, then this price can be added on top
• If you receive a cs char in a trade, then you may only
trade it (unless you have invested money, same rules)
• You are not allowed to make any changes without
permission (except cutting and coloring their hair)
• Outfits may of course be changed, adapted or added
to aswell as tattoos, piercings or other accessioresFIRST TIME OWNER - MYO SLOT

• I'll charge a extra of 30€, i wont have any
rights reserved, you can do literally anything then

• Only when the commission is paid, I start with it
• In rare cases I allow to pay half of the commission
and then the other half when the drawing is finished
• ONLY friends are allowed to pay after the drawing,
please don't ask me for it if we are not friends
• I only accept paypal, please remove your address
• In rare cases I accept vitual payment, just ask
(Imvu credits or deviantart points 1€/100p 1€/1,5k)
• I only do refunds if I haven't started the order
• Payments must be made in 48 hours (like 2 days)
• Art in exchange for a design must be completed
within a month, but we can talk about more time
• Its allowed to bid more than once on offer to adopt
(just not with the same offer if i have refused it before)
• I don't undo trades (im to scared that they will still
be used or anything, unfortunately that happened
twice before so i will never considering this way)
• But people i know can still ask for retrades, like if i
took care of a character that was important and loved,
just write me somewhere, we will surely find a solution
• Full refund if i cancel a commission, if you want to
